A powerful, full-size SUV with a rugged design, advanced technology, and luxury comforts, set to rival the Toyota Fortuner and Ford Everest.
The MG Majestor is MG Motor’s newly unveiled flagship SUV, introduced at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025. This robust three-row SUV is designed to rival models like the Toyota Fortuner and Ford Everest.
Design: The Majestor boasts a bold and rugged exterior, featuring a large grille, split LED lamps, and an imposing bash plate. Its dimensions make it one of the tallest, longest, and widest in its class.
Chassis: Built on a ladder-frame chassis, the Majestor is essentially a facelifted version of the existing MG Gloster seven-seater, positioned as a more premium offering.
Interior: While specific interior details are yet to be fully revealed, expectations include twin 12.3-inch screens, heated and ventilated massaging seats, three-zone climate control, a 12-speaker sound system, a panoramic sunroof, and Level 2 adaptive cruise control.
Powertrain: The Majestor is anticipated to share its powertrain with the MG Gloster, likely featuring a twin-turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder diesel engine producing 215.5 PS and 478.5 Nm of torque, paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission.
Safety: Advanced safety features are expected, including multiple airbags, electronic stability programs, ISOFIX child seat anchors, and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) such as lane change assist, blind spot detection, forward collision warning, and automatic emergency braking.
Pricing and Availability:
The MG Majestor is expected to launch in India in February 2025, with an estimated price of ₹46 lakh.
It will be positioned above the existing MG Gloster in the Indian market.
