The Ola S1 Z is a newly launched electric scooter from Ola Electric, positioned as an affordable yet feature-rich option in the EV market. Priced between ₹59,999 and ₹64,999 (ex-showroom), it offers two removable 1.5 kWh battery packs. The scooter can run with either one or both battery packs, providing a range of 75 km with one battery and up to 146 km with both. It is powered by a hub-mounted motor with a peak output of 3 kW and a top speed of 70 km/h. Notable features include 14-inch wheels, drum brakes, and an LCD display that can pair with a smartphone via Bluetooth.
The S1 Z+ variant includes additional accessories like a luggage rack and pillion sidestep. Deliveries for the Ola S1 Z are expected to start in May 2025.
